ECAG Strategic Plan
The Euroa Community Action Group (ECAG) Strategic Plan 2022-2025 builds on previous Strategic Plans and initiatives from the group.

The development of the Strategic Plan allows the community to identify key issues to ensure Euroa remains a vibrant place.
​
By working together as a community, the plan brings together ideas gained through
an open, public process. ECAG encourages ongoing participation from all groups and residents. This plan was developed by the community through consultative processes.
The plan is built upon contributions from this consultation and reflects what the community believes are important goals to achieve an improved future.

ECAG Action Summary
In 2024, our focus was on enhancing the Yiiro Community Garden and
fostering connections through community events. We are especially proud of the mosaic art project, which has played a pivotal role in building local partnerships.
Collaborating with Euroa Kindergarten, Euroa Health, St. John's Primary School, and Euroa Men's Shed, we created over 30 pieces of art that will form a community trail, showcasing our collective creativity.

The garden has become a hub for positive collaboration, reinforcing the importance of arts and culture in our community. Our partnership with Taungurung artist Aimee McCartney for murals on our wicking beds has further enriched this effort and opened doors
for additional projects with local groups.
